Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions, along with the Delivery Information, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand them before ordering any products from our site. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and enter into a contract with HK Pender Butchers.
We may amend these Terms at any time and any order placed will be bound by the Terms in place at the time of the order.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email.
All products shown for sale on our site are subject to availability.
If we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order, or if the goods have been discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We will notify you at the earliest opportunity if we are unable to supply a particular item and refund the cost of the item or replace with an alternative.
We will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of quantities and weights, however as our products are cut fresh to order we have a 5% tolerance.
Should you wish to cancel an order this must be done by emailing sales@hkpenderbutchers.com at least 48 hours prior to the arranged Delivery or Collection date, this is due to the perishable nature of our products.
All payments will be processed through PayPal which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payments will be taken for all products and delivery charge (where applicable) immediately on placing your order.
Delivery orders will incur a £3 delivery charge.
We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
